Marilyn is the firm's Interior and Architectural Designer, specializing in Residential & Commercial Design.
After being a designer in New York, she moved to Florida where she and her husband started "The Rustic Pelican Inc." in order to create unique and custom designs for their clients.
Marilyn grew up in upstate New York and earned her degree in Interior and Architectural Design.
She designed many prestigious developments, such as Trump Towers, 200 Lexington, Sutton Place, Luxury Place, 100 United Nations Plaza High Rise, Beaux Arts, East Gramercy Park 1, Turtle Bay, The Corinthian, 521 Madison Ave, Upper East Side, Midtown High Rise, Tudor City, River Tower, The Ritz Plaza, 20 Park Ave, Stonehenge Tower, The Renwick West SoHo, to name a few.
Marilyn, also designed many celebrity homes, famous sports figures, and also designed the homes of famous Fashion Designers.
She brings a fresh energy to traditional luxury. Her inspired blending of color, forms, and texture, produce consistently sophisticated and elegant interiors, as well as function and a unique style.
Marilyn has a comprehensive knowledge of the design process gained through 20 years of experience. Her eye for space planning, color, and elegance, have made her a successful Designer.
She engages with clients to form a deep understanding of their lifestyle and needs. Her consistency and a determined approach, assures clients of continuity, instilling confidence in the collaborative process through to completion.
Marilyn's trademark of casual elegance and modern and diversified designs has ensured that her clients continue to work with her on their primary and secondary residences across the country.
When Marilyn left New York, she wanted to start a business in Florida specializing in Interior/Architectural design, Home Staging, as well as designing unique handmade commercial and home decor products.
Marilyn is now the owner of a store named "The Rustic Pelican Inc." and enjoys producing unique designs for her clients ♥
