INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping is available to certain countries.

Please contact us for an estimated shipping cost for your country.

I ship using USPS Priority Flat Rate & Parcel shipping or FedEx standard shipping, which includes tracking. Outside of the United States, I ship First Class mail, FedEx or DHL, I will use whichever method is less expensive for the size/weight of the item being shipped to you. You will receive an email when your package ships, with the tracking number so that you can track your own package and know exactly when to expect it.

We take special care packaging our items, in the same manner, we would want to receive them.

You can expect your item (s) to ship within 4 to 6 weeks from purchase. Each item is carefully crafted and handmade to order.
Every item in my shop is professionally packaged for secure shipping. We also include TRACKING on all of your items.

If you would like to purchase additional tracking or insurance that will be at your own expense. Please let us know prior to purchase and we will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS;
Orders will be custom made within 1 to 3 weeks when your order is received. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the production and shipping time frame. If you are in need of the item by a certain date, please let me know and I will make every effort to see if we can accommodate this date.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items due to the mail system. Our goal is to make you something that you are sure to love. We package all our items very carefully, in the same way, I would want to receive an item. If for some reason you are unhappy please let me know and I will try to correct it.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL BUYER......We are not responsible for any taxes or fees your country may charge after your item is shipped! The shipping fee you pay is strictly a shipping fee!

*Please be sure to enter your " correct shipping address " for purchases. Your order will be shipped to your " Etsy Address. *Any returned packages due to incorrect addresses, will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items due to the mail system,

*If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address, please specify the correct address in the “message to seller” box at the time of checkout.

Production and Shipping Policy:

All of our products are made in the US. We take pride in creating and hand painting each piece we produce by hand.

Each object lists an approximate production time on the product detail page. Please note these production times can fluctuate for various reasons including material demand, production delays, machinery needs and the like. So in kind, please be patient.

Shipping Policy:

Our products ship via USPS with delivery confirmation or via UPS depending upon which is most cost effective. Tracking information will be updated on the order if/and once received. Please note tracking information is provided directly by the mail carrier service. We attempt to assist each customer if they should have a shipping inquiry, however, we encourage you to contact the assigned mail carrier directly.
The Rustic Pelican is not liable for lost or stolen packages. The Rustic Pelican will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to our workshop due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.

We will not be held responsible for any address corrections sent to us AFTER the order has been placed. However, we will do our best to accommodate changes.

For international orders: We are unable to track international orders shipped via USPS once they leave the United States. Please contact the mail carrier service directly for tracking and customs inquiries. Be patient as most packages arrive at their destination!

Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display after receiving tracking numbers.

Delays
Please note in addition to possible production delays listed above, possible shipping delays may occur due do mail carrier service policies. These may include weekends.
