Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We will allow returns or exchanges for items within 3 days after delivery, with the exception of custom orders & Sale Items.

All Sales are Final.                                                                                                   
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. 


Cancellations will only be accepted 24 Hours after placing an order. After 24 hours there will be  30% cancellation fee.

Custom orders:

There are certain situations where we will allow returns on custom orders if a problem arises.

We tend to start or custom orders immediately upon placing your order. unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or an exchange once the order is placed, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
Please be sure to give us prompt and accurate dimensions once the order is placed. 
We will not be responsible for inaccurate measurements or dimensions.


In the event that we agree to return or exchange your item, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

(3) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

(4) Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds: (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, Which includes Free Shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange your item for the same item, Only upon approval, please send us an email at and send your item to 14790 SW 88 Street Miami Florida 33196. US 
A Tracking number must be provided. 


NOTE: Billing address must match shipping address. We will only ship to the Billing address provided by credit company.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return and delivery shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. You would also need a Traceable shipping service.
