At The Rustic Pelican, we are proud to offer high-quality products with distinct architectural aesthetics, creating exclusive and unique custom signature designs for your home or office.
Our Handmade Contemporary Rustic Line is custom made to each customer's specifications.
Our designs range from modern rustic chic decor, to modern elegant farmhouse designs.

REFUND POLICY:

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns: 
We will allow returns or exchanges for items within 3 days after delivery, with the exception of custom orders & Sale Items.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations will only be accepted 24 Hours after placing an order. After 24 hours there will be  25% cancellation fee.

Custom orders:

We Do Not accept Cancellations on Custom Orders.

There are certain situations where we will allow returns on custom orders if a problem arises.

We tend to start or custom orders immediately upon placing your order. unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or an exchange once the order is placed, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
Please be sure to give us prompt and accurate dimensions once the order is placed. 
We will not be responsible for inaccurate measurements or dimensions.

In the event that we agree to return or exchange your item, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

We will not accept cancellations on any item that is returned after more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds: (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at www.therusticpelican@aol.com. 

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange your item for the same item, Only upon approval, please send us an email at www.therusticpelican@aol.com and send your item to 14790 SW 88 Street #371 Miami Florida 33196. US 
A Tracking number must be provided. 

SHIPPING

NOTE: Billing address must match shipping address. We will only ship to the Billing address provided by credit company.

To return your product, (If approved) you should mail your product to 14790 SW 88 Street Miami Florida US 33196

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping as well as the cost to ship the item to you, will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

NOTE: FREIGHT:

Unfortunately, freight items cannot be returned, cancelled  or changed. Once the delivery date has been issued, they cannot change, or hold the item for you. Once you are notified of the expected delivery date, please make the proper arrangements to be there or to have someone accept the delivery on your behalf. 

A daily charge to hold your item will be charged by the freight carrier, should you not be able to accept delivery. You will be soley responsible for the any additional charges that my arrise as well as any freight charges to return the item back to its origional destination.

We are Not responsible for any additional charges that may arise.

Shipping times:

Your item may arrive within 1 week and up to 6 weeks depending on availability. Custom orders may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. You will be notified via E-mail on the status of your order and the expected delivery time frame.
